Maarten Jordaens, who worked for Michelin-starred restaurants, is the chef and owner of Jordà. His passion & mission? Finding the best raw materials in the world and transforming them into unique tasty toppings for chefs.
This also contains a big win for you as a (pastry) chef. By using our finished crunchy toppings, you can reduce preparation time in the kitchen and save on your staff costs. Jordà guarantees products of consistent quality, made with the greatest care in our own production facility in Belgium.
